Billing

• Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Polar.sh, our payment processor
• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis, as selected
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days' notice

Refunds

• Trial Period: Some plans include a free trial period
• Refund Policy: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for refund requests
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

Failed Payments

If payment fails, we may:

• Suspend your account until payment is received
• Attempt to charge your payment method again
• Cancel your subscription after multiple failed attempts

User Obligations

Acceptable Use

Limitation of Liability

• LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE
• BUSINESS INTERRUPTION
• DAMAGES EXCEEDING THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM

Exceptions

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Severability
